BHOF Weekend Discounts (Applicants Only)

You read that right! This year, as a way of saying thanks for supporting the BHOF and the burlesque community, we are offering a special perk for all pageant applicants: the opportunity to purchase discounted weekend passes (and get a great reserved seat) before they are made available to the general public! These pre-sale passes will be at a discount that more than makes up for the application fee, and will be the lowest price offered this year, period.

For the general public, we’re planning to release a limited number of tickets sometime in early March at a special “early bird” price. That price will increase when we announce the full schedule and lineup (probably in late March), so be ready to buy early for the best seats at the best price!

For applicants, here’s the fine prin...

RIP Tura Satana, 1935-2011

Sad news from BQ HQ: According to her close friend and manager, Siouxzan Perry, Tura Luna Pascual Yamaguchi (aka Tura Satana) passed away yesterday in Reno, NV. A press release is expected in the next few days, as well as a memorial page on which people can share their memories of Tura and messages of condolence with her family. In the meantime, Siouxzan has requested that friends and fans respect the privacy of the family, at least until such time as any plans to honor Tura’s memory publicly can be made.

The electric “It’s showtime!” vibe from having the run of the joint? Well, we do… and we’re proud to announce that we’ll be back there to do it all again this June!

To book your room (or suite) at the rock-bottom BHOF discount, be sure to mention that you’re with the Burlesque Hall of Fame (Group ID #1BHFC06)… but be sure to book early, as the hotel wi...
