The Burlesque Hall of Fame is deeply committed to transparency and openness. We go well beyond the legal requirements for availability of core documents and financial records. Our “Core Documents” page contains our articles of incorporation, 1023 as filed with the IRS, current bylaws, code of ethics, collection policy, and years worth of 990s.
To that list, we now add our first Annual Report, covering our last fiscal year (FY 2018, Oct 1, 2017 – Sep 30, 2018). In addition to presenting our financial information in a way easier to understand than our 990, the Annual Report presents a summary of our major accomplishments for the year, an overview of new material we’ve added to our collection, bios of our staff members, and acknowledgment of the board members, volunteers, and donors who make what we do possible. Our plan is to produce an annual report every year going forward.
